The facility is an 80-bed Rehabilitation hospital, with a large Outpatient department. Our staff sees a wide variety of patients, ranging in age from 10 years up for inpatients, and 2 years and up for outpatients. We work in a strong team model, encouraging staff to develop unique diagnosis based programs, as well as personal expertise. Each inpatient interdisciplinary team includes PT, OT, SLP, Nurse, Case Manager, and physician. Staff experience ranges from 1 year to over 20 years, and includes therapists with specialties in Neurology, Orthopedics, Geriatrics, and Wound Care. We provide structured specialty programs in partnership with the University of Arizona in management of Parkinson patients following deep brain stimulator implant, as well as Baclofen trials with Spasticity patients.
Our Outpatient Department treats between 70 and 90 patients daily. We have a Neuro team, which provides care to our multi-disciplinary patients. This team is also involved in research projects and works closely with the University of Arizona involving both Parkinson’s and Lymphedema patients. The rest of our outpatient therapists provide care to a primarily Orthopedic patient population. We have therapists with varied years of experience and strong clinical specialties. In both the Inpatient and Outpatient department, there is a remarkably strong sense of team, and daily opportunity to learn and grow with peers.

Starting Salary for a new grad is $63,700 and goes up from there for experienced therapists.
